Exceptional: panoramic view, the sea at your feet, close to the village center. Large flowered terrace overlooking the sea with a return from the terrace facing SOUTH / SOUTH-WEST. The sun is coming fast. The view is breathtaking. Large bay windows. Sunsets in front of the living room, in front of the bedroom, in front of the kitchen. Very pleasant working TV, with large screen available. Double glazing: great comfort also in winter. Fine sand beach, beautiful light, absolute calm. Access to the beach is direct with no streets to cross: total safety for children.

Living room with sofa bed also having a thick mattress.
Independent kitchen with sea view and access door to the terrace. Large outdoor table. Well equipped kitchen.

Tourist office 50 meters away. Many activities and possible excursions: beach activities, local events, clearance sales...documentation is also available in the apartment.
Activity ideas:
Discovery of the Pays d'Auge and its gastronomy, its many castles and mansions, the beauty of its small flowery villages with antique shops and houses so typical, and its artists (a visit is to be made in Honfleur 30 minutes away.) The landing beaches are 1 hour away as well as Mont Saint Michel. The famous Caen Memorial is worth visiting as well as the Bayeux tapestries.Many events are celebrated annually in the area: American, Asian, Russian, romantic film festivals, short films... sale of yearlings in Deauville, concerts, conferences, bowling, polo... The cider and cheese route is to be done as well as a visit to a Calvados distillery. The Halle aux Poissons de Trouville is listed. Its arrival of fishing boats is renowned with direct sale of its many seafood products.
An Olympic seawater swimming pool is nearby as well as golf courses with varied courses.
In Blonville itself: the famous batteries of Mont Canisy, a famous high place of the 2nd World War, are a protected site to visit as well as the Parc de l'Enclos, a classified natural site. The marsh with its bird sanctuary is nearby.

Perfect location for a beach holiday. Cosy bedroom and comfy living room with a lovely balcony from which to watch the sun setting.

The apartment is on the first floor of a very big block and has a large terrace facing the beach. The flat itself is really small, and can really only be enjoyed by max. 2 people. It was not very clean, and urgently needs a renovation job. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped, the bathroom has seen better times and the towels have been washed 1000 times :-) The internet is a real problem; it only works in a few corners of the flat. There is no router - the signal comes from the owners who live nearby. There is a rather weak 5G signal, so keeping in touch with the outside world is rather cumbersome.
In essence - we wouldn't go there again, but if the owners start to spend some money on redoing the place, clean it properly and install a router, the apartment has great potential.
