When you enter this beautiful 5 bedroom home, you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, stand alone ice maker and a wine cooler. The main level laundry area is equipped with full-size washer and dryer. The Dining room has seating for 8, and the breakfast nook has seating for 6. Just off the living and dining room is a large screened in and tiled back porch with plenty of outdoor seating. There is also an additional open tiled patio with a gas grill and additional seating. In the attached garage you will find a new 6 seat golf cart and another side by side refrigerator/freezer.
On the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath as well as a sitting room with a Queen sofa sleeper. On the 3rd floor you will find bunk beds and a Queen sized bed as well as an additional reading nook.

Coquille is a fabulous place to stay in Martinique if you are looking for a spacious well-appointed home. This home was perfect for our family of eleven & we loved the extra bath in the crow's nest! The only thing missing from the kitchen were a few casserole-type dishes. The extra frig in the carport was great as was the ice maker in the kitchen. The deck and screened porch were lovely. The golf cart was phenomenal--the best one we've had in 10 years of stays at Martinique. We loved being able to park three cars in the driveway-not always the norm. A perfect stay--we will be back to Coquille!

This was our second year at Martinique, and first in Coquille. It was perfect for our large family. Kids loved the bunk room. Golf cart and bikes were also great. The management was very attentive to the few minor problems that came up during our week. We will be back!

Spent a wonderful week with the entire family at Coquille. Only issue was the dishwasher not working. Otherwise it was the best. The house was roomy and very lovely. It was a great location for beach fun.
