Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.
Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Vrbo platform.
Please note:
A refundable $250 damage deposit is collected 2 days prior to check-out. The deposit will be held during your stay and, provided there are no damages, missing items, or other charges resulting from your stay, it will be refunded to the original payment method after check-out.
Age Requirement: 25
The property owner assumes no liability for any injuries, damages, or lost items during the stay.
In the case of approved long-term stays, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for 1-month stay. For stays longer than 1 month, mandatory cleanings will be scheduled monthly. The cleaning fee is $50 per service, or $75 with linen service included.
Booking Requirements:
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
No smoking indoors; please use designated outdoor areas.
Respectful Behavior:
Be considerate of neighbors and their property.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.
Quiet Hours:
From 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, keep noise levels down.
Weather and Road Conditions:
No refunds for storms or bad weather.
Consider using four-wheel drive or chains during snow months.

Property was nice but nothing was extra nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and my husband ended up with a bad back ache for days. The window in the master bath needs a covering as the sun was glaring in and blinding as it bounced off the mirror so badly that we couldn’t use it in the morning hours. Also the Wi-Fi instructions were wrong and took a phone call to the property manager who didnt know how to fix it. My husband figured it out after playing around with it for about 15 minutes. The fan in the living room comes on full blast so you feel like you’re getting blown away. It would be nice if they could add a dimmer switch for different levels of fan speed.
