أول شيء، مالمسناه من الموظفين من حسن الاستقبال والضيافة وتلبية الطلبات في أي وقت. وتعاملهم الراقي مع النزلاء، موقع الفندق ممتاز، وقريب من البوليفارد. ويوجد بالمنطقة محلات تجارية ومقاهي ومطاعم.

The Hotel was modern , very clean , comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities which are I needed. The breakfast was very good varied and delicious with good quality cooking . The most pleasing part of my stay was the generous hospitality and welcoming approach of all the staff , I arrived late at night after a long journey the check in super smooth and I was welcomed warmly and was offered a nice upgrade which I was very grateful for , the reception staff Usama , Ahmed were super helpful on arrival , on check out Muneer and Sara were very kind . Marwa the Cheif was very kind and she ensured my dish was delivered promptly and well presented, Maaz the other Chief made a very nice and fresh Menaqeesh, nice and hot just right for the morning . The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the south part of the city . All my prior requests were met before arrival .the gym had what I needed and on one day I had to use the gym earlier than usual the reception staff arranged for this to happen without any difficulties. The Hilton Amman is a great example of the excellent service and comfort you would expect from the Hilton brand.
Nothing really everything was very good , I would mention if the gym can have earlier access through the room key card.

Excellent accueil de l'ensemble des personnels quelles que soient leur missions avec disponibilité, gentillesse, amabilité. Pensée spéciale pour Mounir à l'accueil et Rami au restaurant !👍 Belle découverte de cet hôtel plutôt récent. Je le recommande donc vivement. Excellentes prestations.

I enjoyed my stay to the fullest, the staff were super kind and mindful; most importantly the hotel, with its staff were very welcoming and understanding with my little 1 year old twins and always cared for us to feel comfortable
Its a minor issue, but rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the voices of people in the next room, either from inside room or while walking the hallway

The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were kindly updated to a beautiful and larger room. Breakfast was excellent. I just wish we could have spent more days in Hilton.

Loved our stay at Amman Hilton, exceptional rooms and prompt services. Special mention for Muneer at the front desk who gave us the best services and room with a view and also helped us with an early check-in and late check-out which we needed due to our flights. Thank you Muneer and Amman Hilton for an incredible stay and experience! Will visit again for sure!

The buffet offerings were delicious and bountiful. Rami was SO attentive, we felt like VIPs!
We took three meals a day at this Hilton, breakfast was uniformly excellent. During one dinner I noticed the tomatoes tasted stale, so I didn’t eat them.

It’s so delicious. Breakfast simply stunning. Super fresh ingredients and an incredible variety of foods.
There is not a single wish left.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The staff is incredible, super friendly, always helpful and amazing human beings all around. The hotel is lovely, spacious, clean and modern. The food is wonderful and very well prepared. If you want a place to feel comfortable and well looked after, Hilton Amman is the place to stay.

Wonderful accommodation. Great staff. Sara and Muneer gave 115% to let me feel welcomed and support with my requests. Breakfast is overwhelming in choice and taste. Try Shawarma or Batata Nar in Nasma restaurant. Rooms are spacious and ultra clean.

Highly expensive.
1. I asked for just one glass of milk and it costs almost 5 Dinars, that’s almost 26 AED.
2. Taxi devices that are allowed are way more expensive and they are not even allowed to get me outside service. If you are looking to supply those services, at least go or some decent rates.

-the Arabian singer was so talented.
-I paid extra JD40 for dinner and hilton refused to provide me a drink ( soda ) worth Jd 0.25, so I had my dinner dry!
Person in a suit said that’s hotel policy we cant give you drink !! I gave him big smile.
-no option to adjust room temperature, receptionist asked me to turn on the fan instead, fact room was too very hot.
-espresso machine isn’t working.
-no compatible plug for hairdryer, no enough electric sockets.
-TV is not smart TV Most of channels are in Arabic .

فقط الكوفي يتاخر النادل بالاستجابه وعند الطلب تجلس طويلا ومن الممكن لا ياتيك الطلب اتمنى ان تعالج هذه المشكله بالنسبه لي افضل الجلوس باقرب كوفي خارج الفندق لهذا السبب
