The view was Stunning! Beautiful Kitchen and new appliances (except for Microwave). I would rent again! Literally steps to the beach and the pool is not heated but nice. There are some maintenance issues to fix ASAP. Lights in Dining room did not work. Outlets in bedroom with 2 singles did not work. Banisters are very loose and need to be repaired, as does the ceiling on the landing (there is plaster missing). I would fire your cleaning staff as the floors were filthy. I spilled an Ice cube and wiped with papertowel which came up black. The main floor Bathroom was also very dirty. The furniture is definitely well loved. We spent most of our time at the beach and the lanai (chairs are sun rotted) with coffee and cocktails. The garage is a nice addition although someone left trash with beer cans. There are a lot of Beach chairs etc., available (we brought our own). I would rent again!

The host was terrific and the location was perfect! The townhome can use some tlc but that didn’t impact our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved the area, building layout and having a garage. I had a question and the owner was very quick getting the information I needed. The problem we ran into was the place was pretty dirty. My wife and my future daughter in-law spent 2 hours cleaning when we got there. It truly looked like someone grabbed their stuff and never attempted to clean. There was silverware put back in the drawer dirty. Hair in the shower. Urine next to the toilet. Food under cushions and on the cushions. The tile in the dining area and kitchen are shattered and there were several rugs trying to cover it. Hot water worked off and on in the upstairs shared bathroom. I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but it does need a lot of smaller repairs and cleaned top to bottom. I'm hoping the owners aren't aware of lack of cleaning. The checkout instructions do ask you to clean before you leave but I'm guessing this hasn't been happening.
