The host was very responsive and prompt and clear with check in and out instructions. The house was spacious and beautifully located, close to restaurants and all the amenities. Thank you!!

I just want to thank James for his hospitality and great stay. House is very clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great area! James allowed us to check in early and check out late. Thank you so much! If you are debating whether you should book this place, book it! You’ll love it!

The outside steps up to the rental was a little rough for 3 80-82 year old ladies. But we enjoyed our stay. Clean, easy to contact owner, no problems other than steep steps to the door.

The kitchen was equipped with what was needed. There was not a dish rag to wash dishes. The air conditioning and heat worked fine.We had issues with men climbing a ladder and ended up on our balcony twice. Every morning that we were there, the workers were scraping our bedroom windows and pressure washing. One day, around lunch time, we opened the door to leave and was completely closed in. The whole front door had plastic across and we couldn't get out. We pulled the tape off so we could get out of the door.
