The house was very clean and in a clean and safe neighborhood. The house is a completely open concept including the bedrooms as there is just a curtain for the one bedroom and then the loft bedroom is completely open so it would not be recomended for anyone that needs privacy. You can hear everything that happens in any room. Overall, it was a really cute house for a short stay.

The house was exactly like the pics on Vrbo’s site. Very comfortable, stylish, everything you needed. The location is perfect…closer to great restaurants and the jazz clubs. We wiil be staying here again on our next KC trip!

The location was beyond great, and the house was very well stocked for all of our kitchen needs. However, the heating and air conditioning didn’t work during our stay. We were notified ahead of time and offered a refund, but the notice was a few days before our arrival and we weren’t able to find another place on such short notice. I did inquire about a discount but did not receive any feedback to the request. We also reached out for the Wi-Fi information and help regarding the tv projection screen and never received a response, which made things a bit inconvenient. Ultimately we found Wi-Fi password information on a small picture frame on one of the desks but it seems the screen projector was broken. Overall, not a terrible stay, but definitely some things to be aware of.
