We really loved the property. Our room was great- clean and had everything we needed. Pool was beautiful- could have used a bunch more chairs though. I'd suggest bringing your own if you have them.Location good- super close to Clearwater Beach, as well as stores and restaurants.Overall, a great stay!

The Avalon is a great property with friendly people and a great pool. This unit has a great TV and washer dryer. It’s close to the pool. Owner was quick to respond.
