We purchased the Spruce Drive Cabin in 2015 and have been hard at work restoring it to its original charm ever since.

Our cabin is within a VERY EASY walk to all that the Town center of Estes Park has to offer. Shop to your heart's content, head to some of your favorite restaurants and check-out the local festivals, parades, farmer's market and special events... all with no parking worries!
Plus we are only a 5 minute drive to the Fall River and Beaver Meadows entrances of The Rocky Mountain National Park.
Enjoy mountain views from the hot tub after a day of hiking! Take in the wildlife that meanders through the neighborhood! Or simply take in the ambiance of a vintage Estes Park neighborhood and the Spruce Drive Cabin!!

Clean house with a quirky layout. The location was great, and we even had an elk in the backyard our first night. There was a booklet with instructions, but it seemed a bit out of date. We had to text questions to our host, but they responded in a timely matter. We were excited about having a hot tub, but wish there had been more info for how to use it. Overall, a good place to stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Estes Park. You are a five minute walk from the main st in town. The house was clean and we loved the stargazing from the hot tub. We would be happy to stay here again next time we’re in Estes Park.

Perfect for our family of 5!! Beautiful views and cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed the hot tub. Host was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend. The beds were very comfortable.

You can't beat the location of this property! For the price, relatively high, condition of property could be better. The shower is less than Motel 6 quality, property could use some TLC. Biggest gripe is the hot tub really doesn't work well, not hot tub temp, no jets, more like warm bath water. Hot tub was a big thing my party was looking for, so that was disappointing.
