It sleeps up to 7 people and boasts magnificent views of the mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The location is ideal for an active holiday in both summer and winter, with the Zell am See-Kaprun ski resort and other ski resorts in the surrounding area. Hiking and sporting activities, as well as numerous places to visit in the Salzburg region, ensure plenty of variety even during the warmer months.

On the ground floor, the spacious chalet features a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the balcony, a separate modern kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Two further bedrooms and a second bathroom are located in the basement, which is also accessible at ground level thanks to the property’s hillside location. From here, you can step out onto the terrace with its impressive views. Electric heating and the wood-burning stove ensure a cosy warmth. Two pets are welcome at a cost of 5 euros per pet per night.

Supermarkets are 1.4 km away, restaurants 1.7 km and a lake 2.3 km. Public transport and the ski bus are 1.4 km away, whilst the nearest ski lift is 11.3 km away. The nearby Walchen ski area is particularly suitable for children and beginners. Zell am See-Kaprun offers a wide range of winter sports and around 97 kilometres of cross-country trails.
