Going out for dinner?? Head out on the town in one of our lovely wigs, or don a Los Alamos National Labs helmet. Did you forget your hideous purse? Borrow one of ours!
Or cooking at home?? The kitchen is very well equipped to handle your needs - toaster, microwave, forks, German polka records, glasses, toaster (same one as before), coffee cups, waffle maker (doubles as a paper weight, triples as a frisbee), light switches, plates/bowls, pots, skillets, Captain America, cooking oils/spices and that same toaster again.
Need some light reading? We've thought of everything, from "Windows 95 for Dummies" to literary romance gems like "Protecting the Pregnant Princess"! (No extra charge)
Oh...and you might like our 72 inch soaker tub and endless hot water, if you're into that sort of luxury. We realize that it's not for everyone. If you prefer a smaller soaker tub, just add two or more dogs to take up the extra space.
The street is pin drop quiet at night, btw.
The other bathroom has an oversized double shower. Bonus #1: Also with hot water! Bonus #B: And also cold water!! Bonus #Tres: Enjoy European Luxury Hotel features such as special magic handles that blend hot and cold water so you can SET YOUR FAVORITE TEMPERATURE!
Enjoy lots of family photos! (reminders that in the future, some ungrateful offspring might just dump off all of our most important family memories at a Goodwill.)
The bedrooms are spacious and feature new queen beds, high quality bedding, and blackout curtains (but full disclosure - only one of the bedrooms features five Bret Favres. However, the one that is Favre-less, does have a sliding barn door and pot smoking hippie lion t-shirt.)
But what sets us apart from so many short term rentals is that we have ceilings in ALL of our rooms!
Special behind-the-scenes peek: Tragically, someone took four NSYNC marionettes, still in original packaging from 2001, to the Trinidad city dump and just left them there. We found them and saved them from certain demise. Now, YOU TOO can enjoy them!
What we don't provide: expired half-empty box of pancake mix, War and Peace original manuscript, backup toaster, Nintendo Game Boy, good times, butter.
Did you see that pets stay free?? We assume that most pets are unemployed, so it's difficult to justify charging them for staying. :) If, however, your pet makes a solid 6-figure salary, please let us know and we can work something out.
BONUS - we now have a fenced area for dogs and any animal that can't fit through 1.5in fence pickets, or fly away. It is half covered and has a mirror so your dog can check his hair. No more puppy bedhead!
Unfortunately, our observation tower fell over. So your pets will need to stand watch from ground level.
Additionally, we do not feature a ferris wheel, trapeze, fireworks, philosophical discourse, or bread.

This was such a fun place to stay, super cozy beds and a great tub! We had fun looking at all the walls! Our teenagers loved it and enjoyed sitting on the patio.The owners provided THE BEST info at every step of the process. If you're in Trinidad, stay there!

The house was clean. The yard was ok. We couldn't use the back yard at all. It was closed off. We were disappointed in that. Our electricity was off until 3 am. We had been out and came in to a dark house. It was planned with the electric company, but we weren't warned. That was a little concerning. I reached out to Randy and that's when we found this out. Yes, I would stay there again.

OhMyGEEZ!!! This home truly makes you feel like you are staying at your eccentric Aunt & Uncle's house. There is some crazy, amazing and some super weird art & decor everywhere. We totally wanted to stay another night and the coffee was bomb! Large Bathtub hit all the right spots. It was honest like being in a house with a bunch of Easter Eggs, you kept seeing different cool stuff with every turn. #loveit #thisistherightspot
