Adjoining a detached house (private access) where the owners live and 200 meters from the sea. Close to all amenities. City center 500 meters away (all shops, cinema, restaurants, casino, ...). Supermarket just opposite.
Composed of a large space with equipped kitchen, lounge area and sofa bed. Separate bedroom area with double bed. Bathroom (shower, toilet).
Private terrace in front of the entrance with table and chairs.
The accommodations are new. Built in 2021. Access from the street through a small gate. With 12 steps to go down.
The accommodations are totally independent. A sleeping area with a double bed and a 2-seater sofa bed. So suitable for a couple with one or two children.
No private parking but free easy parking on the street and possibility to park the car in front to load or unload.
