This fully furnished home is ideally located in the coveted Newlands Neighborhood just north of the legendary Pearl Street Mall & CU Boulder. You will be moments away from world-class dining, fantastic shopping, hiking, and great family entertainment.
No cleaning fees! We love EVERYTHING about our neighborhood. You are not far from one of Boulder's best hiking trails (Sanitas), and Whole Foods and Belza Coffee Bar are a short walk away. You can walk to Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall (less than a mile away), and the University of Colorado Boulder is less than 2 miles away (Sko Buffs).
GETTING AROUND
A bus stop is just down the street and will take you everywhere you need to go if you don’t want to drive. You can also rent Boulder B-Cycle bikes (electric too) (just 2 blocks south)

A small enclave just north of downtown (the home sits one mile from the famous Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall), the home is located in the Newlands Neighborhood and is characterized by mid-century modern homes, urban farms, and the distinctive wavy roofline of the Ideal Broadway Shops and Community Plaza Shopping Center. THE DETAILS
All 3 bedrooms have brand-new mattresses and new white cotton sheets. There is 1 King (dual Sleep Number mattress) bedroom with an ensuite bath, 1 Queen bedroom, and the third bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses & a twin sofa pull-out bed. There is also a Pack 'n Play stored in the kids' room closet if you need a more crib-like bed. Bed rails are also available. All three bedrooms have air conditioning (those are the only spaces air-conditioned in the home) and automatic blackout Hunter Douglass shades.
The house includes a living area with a flat-screen TV with Netflix/Hulu/Prime/AppleTV/Paramount+/HBO Max and high-speed wireless internet with G-Mesh throughout the home. Sonos speakers are also throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking meals with All-Clad pots & pans, Portugal-made dishware, cutlery, and other gourmet accouterments.
The main level includes the living area, dining room with seating for 8, and a fully renovated kitchen and powder room. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms were fully renovated in 2024.

Travelled to Boulder for a girls’weekend, 4 of us total. The whole experience was great. From the communication beforehand to the check-in/out experience, everything was very smooth. The house was clean, very well appointed, and in a great location near the main business area of town. It’s clear that Dan cares very much about his guest’s comfort, and takes the time to highlight all that Boulder has to offer. The attention to detail (extra chargers everywhere, earplugs, snacks and coffee) was very much appreciated. The only thing he wasn’t able to accommodate was a request for late checkout, but that’s my fault for not asking sooner! Dan was very responsive and easy to work with. If we ever go back to Boulder, we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Over the top! Kitchen had everything you could want top of the line cooking pans, dishes, utensils and cutlery. Refrigerator was thoughtfully stocked. Comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms. House instructions were very helpful. Whole Foods walking distance and coffee shop. Host was very responsive to any questions. He even notified us about a possible power outage in the area. Fortunately, it did not affect us. If I could give a seven star rating I would!
