A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Immerse yourself in a relaxing oasis in Salento, just a short distance from Italy's most renowned beaches: Otranto, Sant'Andrea, Torre dell'Orso, Alimini, Gallipoli... Just a 15-minute drive away, you'll also find the splendid city of Lecce.
Our villa with pool offers an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, perfect for couples, families, and groups of friends. With an exclusive pool, outdoor barbecue, wood-fired oven, orchard, and much more, you'll experience an authentic and memorable stay.
Welcome to the oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation nestled in nature: Masseria Saracino in Martano, nestled in the heart of "Grecìa Salentina," a land of traditions surrounded by a magical atmosphere, where the sacred and the profane merge in a series of engaging events and exhibitions.
The villa, built with typical Lecce stone, unfolds over two floors offering a cozy and comfortable environment. On the ground floor, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen welcome guests, along with three bedrooms, two of which have private access from outside. The fourth bedroom, on the first floor, is reached via an external staircase leading to a private terrace with pergola and a view of the surrounding countryside.
The tastefully furnished rooms offer maximum comfort, each equipped with a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Surrounded by dry stone walls, banana trees, a well-kept lawn, and a refreshing furnished pine forest, the pool with solarium offers captivating sunrises and postcard-worthy sunsets. The pool, designed like a beach, offers a unique experience: the water gradually deepens to reach 1.65 meters at its deepest point.
Moreover, you can savor the authentic flavors of the region directly from the large orchard and vegetable garden, where fresh and typical local produce awaits you, thanks also to the convenient and spacious outdoor kitchen equipped with a barbecue and wood-fired oven.
Experience an unforgettable stay at Masseria Saracino, where wellness and the beauty of nature harmoniously blend.

We spent a very nice week in the Masseria Saracino. Nice play to stay. The pictures capture well the villa and the very cosy external spaces.Tomasino and Lorenzo were very helpful to settle in.

Absolutely a stunning place - we would go back anytime possible. The property was much bigger than expected and the outdoor kitchen and other ourdoor areas were where we spent all our hours. The pool is amazing and we all (adults and kids alike) loved it.

Our stay at Masseria Saracino was excellent. Our family gathered for the most memorable week celebrating family time and birthdays. Tommaso was the most conscientious and responsive host. Our Italian is elementary however, if there was a question of understanding each other, Tommaso’s son was alway available to communicate with us in English. The home was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Our weather was beautiful all week so we were able to enjoy the pool, outdoor kitchen and several outdoor living areas. Tommaso helped us secure a pizza chef and another chef for a family cooking class which was enjoyed in the outdoor kitchen.
The Masseria is quiet but near to area beach towns and cities that fulfilled our family excursions.
The memories and pictures from picking fruit with my grandsons, from the many trees on the property, to playing family Bocce and so much more made our vacation perfect. We will certainly return.
