This was our first time to Destin & we had a great week. Our condo was perfect, located directly across from the pool. It was about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Near some restaurants but were more on the higher end pricing. The staff was great & gave us information about the area of what to do. We did a snorkel/dolphin tour at the harbor which we enjoyed.
The beds were very comfortable, we did not use the couch pull out. It was great have laundry to wash towels in between & to sit on the balcony at night. We did rent bikes which they deliver to you & pick up which is convenient. Golf carts are about $800 for the week.
I highly recommend this condo. If you have smaller kids make sure you bring beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc as those are not provided.
