This house, the majority of the former winery building, comprises three bedrooms: the Pauillac room with two single beds (0.90m x 2m), the Moulis room with one double bed (1.20m x 1.86m), and the Margaux room with one double bed (1.40m x 1.90m). There is also a shower room/WC and a bathroom/WC. The living room offers a comfortable lounge with exposed stone walls and a decorative fireplace. It is connected to a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave). Heating is provided by a reversible heat pump (hot/cold). The garden, with its decorative stone well, is enclosed by an electric gate. It invites you to relax and enjoy lunch in the shade of a century-old maple tree with wrought-iron garden furniture. Children can play there and walk to the playground in the Parc du Vivier, located 100 meters away. You can park your car there. Heating is an extra charge.
