All properties are Non-Smoking.
Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants in a property.
Bachelor parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in Non Pet-Friendly properties.
You must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. Non-family groups require all occupants to be over the age of 25.
CHECK-IN/OUT:
Check-in time is after 3:00pm, Check-out time is no later 10:00am.
We must strictly follow designated check-out times in order to prepare property for the next guests; the times are not flexible and overstaying check-out time will result in a $50.00 minimum charge.
Guests may request an Early Check-In no more than 24 hours in advance of arrival or Late Check-Out no later than 24 hours in advance of departure.
Please check with Mazatlan4Rent Guest Relations for approval.

Great place with great location.
Property manager has to improve the check in process since its a gated community it took almost 2 days to provide full access to enter the premises, once the issue was solved the place is great.
Would highly recommend the property management company to have a check list and review the property before the guests arrive.
Besides this initial bump in the road we had a great time, the house is very nice, it has a great pool and we were 10 min from the beach so I would stay there again any time.

The house was just as advertised. It was a great and peaceful stay for the holidays and just the space we needed. The team was nice and attentive, and always ready to answer our questions.

Lovely home everything you would need. ideal for large groups. fully equip with everything you would need. location was great. Very safe, security guards logging in entry and exits. quick 10min drive to the malecon. highly recommend staying here. and the entire staff at mazatlan4rent was excellent.

The house is very nice but that's it. It is a gated community and the experience was horrible. The guards in general we're really rude. They wouldn't let us access any entrance eclxcept one. It is very hard to get in and out of that place. The guards won't let Ubers in. Well eventually they will but allt of the transportation cancells the trip because no one wants to pick u up due to the security. Another big issues was the neighbors the complained every day to the guards anout my kids using the pool. The called security several times to pick them out stating we did not had the right to the pool since we are not owners of property. People that tool care of us were really nice people and tried to fix the problem bit it was a bad experience. I would defenetlly wouldn't stay I'm that area again because of the above issues.
