Functional, warm and bright apartment with 6 beds (31 m²) very well equipped located on the 2nd floor of the residence "les balcon du Soleil 1" with lift.
The plus: a covered parking space in the basement (your car is protected from the weather and your loading / unloading is also facilitated).
South exposure with a clear view of the center of the resort, the Cheval Noir massif, the Etendard peak and the Belledonne range.

Extendable dining table to save space (integrated extension)
A separate bedroom (a double bed), a sleeping area (2 bunk beds) and a convertible "Flex Bed" sofa into a double bed (comfortable and very easy to use).

Residence located at Plan Mollaret level in the Saint-François Longchamp resort (Altitude 1,650 m)
Commercial area 5 minutes away (restaurants, bars, convenience store, bakery, souvenirs, French Ski School, sports shop (ski, mountain bike rental, etc.))
Mollaret chairlift accessible on foot in 5 minutes (there is also a free beginner's mat / meeting point for ski lessons) - Ski-to-door return possible
Free shuttles in winter on the station with stop at the foot of the building.
THE STATION / ACTIVITIES / ACCESSIBILITIES
Easy access: station accessible 4 hours from Paris by TGV (12km from St-Avre La Chambre SNCF station, shuttle bus directly to the residence in season) and 2 hours from Lyon and Geneva by car (motorway A43 exit 26 ).
Ski area: The Saint François Longchamp resort is linked to Valmorel with the famous Col de La Madeleine in the center. That’s more than 165 km of slopes (90 ski slopes), 50 ski lifts, 1300m of elevation gain, 4 play areas and snowpark, boardercross, slopesstyle. Cross-country skiing in Montaimont with 40 km of marked trails. Snowshoe hikes.
Numerous winter and summer activities: 4-season toboggan "La Comète"; the Balneotherapy Center (5 minutes from the residence) with balneotherapy pools, sauna, hammams, jacuzzis, gym and bodybuilding; Cinema….
For summer only: Tennis, golf, pumptrack (mountain biking, BMX ...), archery, swimming pool and many hikes (accessible to all).
Family Plus station with services dedicated to families: reception, entertainment and daycare for children. Each week, a renewed entertainment program with shows, workshops, themed weeks and à la carte activities.
Many mountain panoramas: Mont-Blanc, the Aiguilles d'Arrves or the Etendard glacier ...
