The space
If you want to feel at home, this place is for you! There’s a dozens of rentals in LBTS and very few compare to the detail and convenience of this one. Tons of bright and natural light, fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, and close to everything. Trust us when we say the difference between walking 3 homes to the beach vs. 10+ homes is a game changer :). Our home is on the beach access road.
Leave your stuff at home! We have beach chairs, large beach towels,a cooler, beach umbrella, games, baby beach toys, small cart for taking things to the beach BBQ grill, condiments, football/tennis/basketball, and more. Everything is fully equipped. We provide an abundance of staples, from paper towels to aluminum foil, coffee pods, condiments, sunscreen. Feel free to use whatever you'd like. If something is missing or broken upon arrival that our cleaner missed, text us and we'll have it there within an hour!
This isn't your typical stale property - we live here 2 months out of the year and everything in the place is remodeled to our liking (new TVs, subzero refrigerator, washer/dryer, games, golf putting game, comfortable beds that are electric with tempurpedic toppers, full kitchen, multiple coffee machines, etc!).
Place is perfect for 2 couples and 4 guests. Split Floorplan in the house, giving tons of privacy to each bedroom. Both rooms have a desk for working. We provide a pack n play, high chair baby bath for our small
Children.
It's a smaller place but can squeeze 6-7 with 2 on the couch (extra linens provided). We also have a very nice blow up mattress.
No parties late into the evening. Having people over is fine, as is playing music/etc, but it's not a party house. We allow dogs but must declare pets prior to approval, if your pet sheds, please keep off the furniture.
Please message us in advance for late checkout or early check-in. We may be able to accommodate.
Current game list:
-Catan (regular, sea version+ expansion)

It was a delight staying here. The host was very responsive to all our needs, Herbert manager was an absolute gem going so far as getting gifts for my little granddaughters and taking immediate care of any issues or concerns. Everything was modern and up to date in the home itself, and everything, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrella and tote car was provided for the beach. The beach was a block away, and the house was perfectly located for enjoying both the town (short walking distance,) and all of tye 4th of July festivities. I will definitely try to reserve early for next year..

This home was a great spot in LBTS for our group of 4 to stay for 5 nights. It was clean and located within a short walk of the beach and restaurants/Publix. Plenty of cooking supplies as well - would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Clean and modern with everything you could ask for. All the beach toys and towels included. A block from the beach. Close to bars, shops , and restaurants. Host is very communicative and even decorated for my son's birthday! We would happily stay here again!
