Holiday home 7 km from Alfarnatejo, in the province of Malaga, Andalusia.
The house preserves the charm and tradition of a country house with wooden beams, original thick walls ideal for keeping the temperature, terracotta tile floors and equipped with rustic furniture. In addition, thanks to its location inside a farm with olive trees, fruit trees and next to the Sabar River, it will allow you to enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and the valley.
The house is ideal to rest, enjoy nature and privacy in the company of family or a group of friends.
On the ground floor of the house, you will have at your disposal a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a sofa, a fully equipped independent kitchen, from which it is possible to access the bathroom with a bathtub. On this floor, you will also find 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom with a shower.
The upper floor of the house has another two bedrooms with two single beds each.
At the exit, you will have at your disposal a porch where you will find garden furniture. The rest of the outdoor area has a fenced pool of 11 x 7 meters in the front area of the house.
Access to the house is possible through a 500 meter dirt lane.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at this villa in Periana. The hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and always ready to answer our questions or assist us where necessary.
The villa is very pleasant, perfectly equipped, and very clean. The pool is large, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing with family or friends. The surroundings are quiet, peaceful, and without direct neighbors, allowing you to enjoy your privacy to the fullest.
The view of the surroundings is beautiful, and the location is perfect for relaxing while still being close to shops and attractions. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in an exceptional setting. Many thanks again to the hosts for their kindness and hospitality. We would love to come back!

Nous avons passés 3 semaines de vacances vraiment superbes en famille et avec nos 2 chiens. Nous étions au milieu des oliviers, en pleine nature et sans voisins direct. Nous dormions bien la nuit et les après-midi, avec la chaleur, nous avions la grande piscine à disposition. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les enfants des propriétaires qui nous ont guidé jusqu'à la maison. Rémé et "Pépé" (les propriétaires) sont adorables et se sont très bien occupés de nous ; que se soit pour la maison ou pour lieux à visiter, les bons restaurants ainsi que les concerts à ne pas rater (comme le flamenco par exemple). Et la piscine est bien entretenu par "Pépé" qui vient toujours discrètement pour ne pas déranger. Si nous avions besoin d'eux, ils venaient rapidement. Alors un grand merci à cette gentille famille car nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! On ne les oubliera pas !
