Stunning Sunsets combined with a Powder Soft Sandy Beach & Crystal Blue Water makes AMI a very desirable Vacation Destination! Average temps 84 degrees.

The Condo is in between the Beach & the Bay! It's an ideal location for everyone including Families, Couples, Friends etc. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, water sports, boating, cruises, fishing etc.
What I love the most...you don't have to drive...Walk, bike, use the Free Trolley or Monkey Bus!

Great unit with everything you need. My kids loved the pool and the closet with the beach supplies was so helpful. Short walk to the beach and nice dock to watch the sunrises. Walkable to restaurants. Would book again.

Very nice location - easy walk to beach and bay! Walked often to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Close to Sarasota. Weather was a bit cool so we didn't get to use many of the stocked summer items. Beds were comfortable, place was cozy. No problems communicating with host!

Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Plenty of beach gear and toys. Wife and kids had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Property was good but all of the construction work and dumpsters was not.
