The cleanliness of the Chalet. The people at the reception. Everything
Please improve the pavement of the roads. Everywhere in Kreischberg is asphalt but only at the chalets it is very muddy. Everything is dirty because of this...

Location is perfect, the girls at the reception are very nice and helped us with some issues.
Mattress and pillow are awfully uncomfortable. Jacuzzi was supposed to be set on 36 degree but was way hotter so we could not use it. The little streets between the chalets were too icy, even though there was gravel they were too slippery still.

The hottub is great, also nice that there was a bbq
Mention that towels are included. In the reservation only bed linen is mentioned, so it was nog clear to me that it included also towels.
