Newly remodeled, steps to Nottingham Lake and an 8-min walk to the gondola, this 3BR/3BA condo (each bedroom has its own bath!) sleeps 12 and comes stocked for families: Peloton bike, baby gear, board games, and a balcony with mountain views + grill. Building perks: pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, and a free ski shuttle to Beaver Creek & Vail. Walk to restaurants and breweries. Just across the street: the lake's beach, paddle board & pedal-boat rentals, playground, and volleyball courts.

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and walkable to restaurants in Avon. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book this property again!

My family and I had an excellent time staying here this past weekend! We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and lake that were all close by. My youngest really had fun at the playground and the check-in process was quite smooth and easy. Went rafting in glenwood springs which was an awesome experience and overall really enjoyed the whole trip and the property. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time staying at the townhouse. The townhouse was clean and kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. The private shuttle was great and we were up at the Beaver Creak resort everyday within 10 minutes of leaving the front door. Highly recommended!
