Location was perfect with a great view of the marina. Checkin was smooth and the host was very accommodating.Place could use a facelift and update on furnishings.

The queen bed listed was only a full bed. There is no bidet. There is no screen on the sunroom door which could be dangerous if someone fell out of it. The second bathroom was located through the kitchen for individuals in the second bedroom to use. Be mindful that there are two sets of stairs to bring your luggage up. That was cumbersome. The location is beautiful.

The unit had a few issues that impacted our stay. Most notably, there was no heating, which may not pose a problem during summer thanks to extra fans and A/C, but this was uncomfortable during our stay in September. The fireplace does not even emit heat. Parking is off-site—there’s no on-site option. Paid parking is available about a 5-minute walk away. The host mentioned it could be free if you provide your vehicle details, but the area has heavy foot traffic, which may be a concern for some. Also, be aware that nearby restaurants stay open late and often host parties. During our weekend stay, there was a lot of noise and commotion that was easily heard from the unit. Lastly, the blinds seem to be perforated so take caution when changing in the rooms as it may be viewable from outside. The property did not provide useful upkeep instructions. For instance, we couldn't find where the trash key goes. Overall, it’s okay for a short visit and the city view from the water was beautiful.

This beautiful two bedroom waterfront townhome is located in Vancouver's luxurious Stamp's Landing neighbourhood, walkable to the downtown area and extremely central! The home is extremely spacious, stylish, and comfortably furnished with high-end fittings and equipments. It also has an indoor fireplace for the winters, and a gorgeous, sunny deck for the summers. Perfect for long-term stays as a resident, or for short-term vacations as a visitor.
