A detached bungalow with large garden, ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts.. First Floor:
Living room: Freeview TV, Woodburner
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. External utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower cubicle and toilet.. Front garden with sitting out area, garden furniture, fire pit and BBQ. Bike/equipment storage (in utility room). Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.. Tyn Y Maen is a welcoming, comfortable property with a large garden, and benefits from an outdoor utility which has an additional shower and storage for bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The living room has a large inglenook fireplace with cosy log burner, and doors leading out onto the large garden area. There are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, along with a well-equipped kitchen/dining area.
Caernarfon, with its magnificent castle and a fine selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, is just 15 minutes drive away, and is also the start of the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of Snowdonia. The popular beaches of Dinas Dinlle and Llanfairfechan are only 20 minutes’ drive away. Tyn Y Maen is a perfect location for relaxing winter escapes and summer beach holidays.

Fantastic stay everything about it couldn't fault. Everything from home to home. Comfy beds cosy room. Open fire. Horses to the window everymorning to say hello and want there apples and carrots. Beautiful. Would def go again.
