Overall, a beautiful home. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is convenient and walking distance to the beach (less than 2 minutes). Great for a large family/group of friends. Only issues surrounded its proximity to John’s, which is a small eatery right next to it. Driveway was frequently blocked by its patrons and the restaurant operations were a bit disruptive to quiet time on decks. The management of the property via Seaside Vacations was ok- they are responsive but not always pleasant. Unit maintenance is needed to be looked at more closely for minor repairs.

Great area to spend your vacation, Kitty Hawk. The house was wonderful, every thing we expected and more. I would recommend this house for a stay in. We plan to go back next year.

The photos on the website were either taken when the place was first built or were more filtered than a teenage girl’s profile picture. While the house was clean, it needed a deep clean along with a few gallons of paint on the inside. The carpets and couch could use a good shampoo. Decent place but needs some work.
