Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.
Enjoy this beautiful rural accommodation in Alhaurín el Grande, which combines tranquillity, nature and easy access to services and leisure. Located less than 5 km from Coín and Alhaurín el Grande, you will have at your fingertips supermarkets such as Mercadona and Lidl, shopping centres such as La Trocha, and a wide range of sociocultural and gastronomic offerings in the area and in Málaga capital. In addition, the proximity to motorways makes it easy to take trips to emblematic places such as El Caminito del Rey or the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
The house, 130 m², is comfortable and bright, with capacity for 6 people distributed in three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). Please note that this property does not accept more than one baby per booking (0-2 years). All have windows to the outside and storage space for your luggage. The accommodation offers a cosy living and dining room with television and comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing with the family. The kitchen, spacious and equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary utensils, is perfect for preparing your meals with ease.
The outdoor areas are a true paradise: a well-maintained garden, covered porches to enjoy the views and a private pool that will be the centre of fun for adults and children, with sun loungers to relax and an outdoor bathroom with shower to change after your swim. In addition, it has a gas barbecue for delicious outdoor lunches. The plot is fenced and has open-air parking in the same building for your convenience.
The property also has air conditioning in the lounge and some bedrooms, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi and a hair dryer. The location is perfect for families, with a rural and peaceful area, but with easy access to multiple services and activities: restaurants, supermarkets, water parks, golf courses, and nearby beaches, all within less than 35 km.

We booked this place for the outside space and gardens and it did not disappoint. The gardens are wonderful and large with plenty shady areas to move around and sit in to read and relax, good outside eating area, and large pool with a deep end so you can jump and dive. It is completely private and secure. The inside space was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The best bathrooms we've experienced in Spain with good hot powerful showers. As it was October the weather was pleasant and we did not need the air conditioning. There are a few mosquitos about so bring repellent. 5 mins from the super market so easy to stock up and good access on to the road. On that note it is close to a road. You don't hear the traffic inside the house but at busy times you hear it in the garden (though don't see it) however, the location and ease of access to services make up for the minimal distrubance. Communication, check in and out were easy and the host was very flexible.

The outside area is amazing♥️.A lot of greenery, very clean,pool is big.The terrace is nice too,you can see everything, so if you with little kids it is very helpful. Kitchen has everything you need,air con in living room and two bedrooms,so it helps when is very hot outside. We did have amazing holidays and I would definitely recommend this place😊

This is a lovely villa, with a good sized pool in a rural setting.There’s a well maintained, beautiful and established garden area. With a decent sized pool, Sun loungers, outside shower, covered seating area, car parking and a bbq. We had a warm welcome from Andres (even arriving late as we did). He kept in touch with helpful communication all the way before and throughout our vacation. The house and gardens were spotlessly clean. The space was comfortable for 5 of us in a family group with enough space inside and out, as well as air conditioning in most of the rooms (the twin bedroom didn’t have any air conditioning - but could do with a fan, as a suggestion). The WiFi worked well. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. It had everything we needed. This is a rural location (you definitely need a car to get here and get around) but it’s only 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the villa is situated less than 10 minutes from a good selection of shops and restaurants. We went to the market at Alhaurín el Grande, Mijas, Puerto Banús and a water park (Aquamijas). But there’s plenty more to explore if you stayed longer. We’d definitely recommend this accommodation, it was good value for money and would give it 10/,10.

Villa is well enclosed and private. Everything you need in the villa is there. Friendly property manager and very responsive. Good size pool and easy access to pool. Rooms spacious and wardrobes plentiful. Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
