A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
As featured on *Dwell*, Atomic Vistas is a rare gem nestled in the hills just minutes north of Santa Fe’s historic Plaza. This modern classic home offers a supremely private and pristine setting, designed for contemporary living while preserving the charm of mid-century architecture. Inspired by the renowned designer Alexander Gerard, this home stands as a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, perfect for those seeking luxury and modern design in a tranquil, wooded environment.
The home is defined by an open floor plan that’s flooded with natural south-facing light, making it feel both expansive and warm. Set on 1.1 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, the property provides ample guest parking and covered parking for two cars. The spacious covered portal offers stunning views of the city lights at night and the surrounding mountain ranges by day, creating a magical backdrop for relaxation or entertaining. The interior has been meticulously restored to retain its mid-century vibe, with one-of-a-kind furnishings by iconic designers like Warren Platner, Saarinen, and Knoll. Modern art pieces throughout the space enhance the home’s sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere.
The master suite is privately separated from the other bedrooms and features a king-size bed and its own fireplace. The other two bedrooms offer incredible views and abundant light, one with twin beds and the other with a king-sized bed, which could also function as a second master. Every bedroom comes equipped with its own TV, ensuring that guests can unwind in comfort. The home’s two living areas are perfect for both entertaining and relaxation, each featuring a new 65-inch Samsung smart TV for modern entertainment.
Atomic Vistas has been thoughtfully updated with central refrigerated air to ensure year-round comfort, and the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for preparing everything from casual meals to elegant dinners. After a day of hiking or exploring Santa Fe, guests can retreat to the patio, which is outfitted with a firepit for cool evenings under the stars.

Whether you're lounging on the patio, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, or simply enjoying the beauty of the surroundings, Atomic Vistas is the perfect base for your Santa Fe getaway.

Close to town, nice place on a quiet street. Beds were comfy and had all the necessities to feel like home.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood; close to everything. The house is well-stocked; beds are very comfortable, and clean home. Loved the multiple patios and available chairs to sit in and enjoy the view.

This place is beautiful, really loved it. Great views, kitchen with everything you could ask for, nice beds. Only improvement would be for check in to be easier. You need to drive to another location to get keys and again to return them. Guess I’m used to smart locks other properties have.

The 1960s style home was amazing. The structure has not been renovated, but has been well cared for. The interiors are beautifully done, and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. The yard, deck and views to the west were fabulous. The location felt private and rural even though the Plaza was less than 5min drive.
This would have been a five star review but for the management company. I did not receive arrival info until the day of our trip. Check in involved having to drive into town to pickup keys from their office. On arrival to the office, (after 6 hours in the car) the keys were not in the drop box as planned. We had to wait for someone to bring them to us. There were no comforters or extra blankets anywhere in the house and the nights were quit cold. Management found 1 twin duvet and brought over a blanket. When I tried to run the dishwasher, there was no dishwasher soap. Again they brought some over the same day.
The people I interacted with were very gracious and apologetic.
Booking a house of this class, I expected a combination lock or lockbox for entry. And in a climate like this, down comforters should be automatic for each bed.
I would love to stay here again if these issues are addressed and the management company gets more organized.
