Very nice and new and plenty of space for our large group. We loved the theme rooms and utilized the game room and the pool area daily.

House is several minutes from the amenities so you will have to drive over. The house was clean and had some extra towels for the pool which was great. .Bottom bed downstairs was broken and was rigged to look sleepable. Gaming room had one game that didn't work and a broken pool stick. The house was just a little on the worn side.
