The vacation rental is located at the entrance to the Bermsgrün district of Schwarzenberg, the county seat. It includes a parking lot with two parking spaces. There is also a five-pin CEE three-phase outlet for charging electric cars.
From the vacation rental, you have an impressive view of the mountains of the Ore Mountains; on a clear day, you can see as far as the Fichtelberg.
The vacation apartment, located near the Waldbühne, serves as an ideal starting point for excursions to the many attractions of the Erzgebirge Mountains. Hikes to Schwarzenberg’s historic old town—a 20-minute walk away—and the surrounding forested area are also possible.

The spacious ground-floor apartment, with 72 square meters of living space, is easily accessible by public transportation. It was newly furnished in June 2021 and designed to be child-friendly for children of all ages.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two twin beds. If needed, a travel crib for babies can also be set up.
Two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed in the adjacent spacious living room. It is also possible to set up an extra guest bed in the apartment. The living room also features a leather couch and a smart TV (UHD) with cable connection, a soundbar, and a DVD player on a sideboard. The Wi-Fi connection has a rated speed of 400 Mbit per second.
The generously equipped kitchen-dining area with built-in cabinets (including a dishwasher, range and oven combination, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, as well as a kettle, egg cooker, and coffee maker) also features a lovingly designed children’s play area with a changing table.
During the summer months, guests can enjoy undisturbed relaxation and playtime in the garden next to the house.
The equally spacious bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub with a showerhead.
One window in each room is fitted with a fly screen.
Free parking is available in a parking area created exclusively for guests, with two parking spaces in front of the house. For bicycles, a ground-level, lockable, solid-construction storage room is provided upon prior arrangement.
