Villa Vista is the perfect home for those who want the best of everything during their vacation– from incredible ocean views to luxury living, this villa has it all!
When you walk in, you’ll be blown away by the spacious living and dining area with its 22-foot ceiling. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and the air-conditioned library/media room comes with a large flat-screen Smart TV.
The master bedroom is very spacious and an incredible ocean view, the two other bedrooms (both with king bed and third can be set up as 2 twin beds) are very comfortable.
The open floor plan leads directly to a huge terrace and private infinity pool, where you can take in some of the best views in all of Costa Rica.
The outdoor bar and kitchen area includes a gas grill, side burner – perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves.
You’ll get visits from colorful wildlife, like red macaws, hummingbirds, monkeys, and more. It’s the ideal spot to relax, enjoy family time, or a romantic dinner (private gourmet chef available, for breakfast and dinner).
Villa Vista is located in the exclusive Samara Reefs community, which is known for its safety and privacy. The villa is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 5-minute drive to the town of Samara, where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, and shops. Our family felt taken care of by every inch of the property. From the pool to the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms…every inch of the villa was immaculately thought-out, calming, and life-giving. The property manager was phenomenal, and Samara was an enchanting surf town to find ourselves in. Best part was getting to know the Ticas!

Leonie was an excellent property manager. Always on time and made check in easy.Pool was fantastic as were the views and birds. Felt very safe in the complex.

Property was exactly as described on the listing. It was an amazing view overlooking the ocean, and the house was spotless and just as shown in the pictures.

All aspects of the house were excellent. The guest bathroom toilet was lose from the floor and the loft air conditioner leaked water. When we called Leonie in these regards,and she had both issues immediately taken care of.Leonie was remarkable!!!
