Bright, sunny clean and overall lovely, quaint property. Great location near the beach and 20 min to San Marcos university. Beautiful backyard oasis. Tight for party of 10 but would be perfect for 6-8. Great communication from host. Really enjoyed hope we get to return.

We loved our stay at this property. House is really well done, peaceful and quiet. Great location just a couple of blocks from coffee and food. This place will be our go to for future trips.
