A 21m2 flat on the 1st floor without lift, comprising:



- A beautiful living area with double bed, table and chairs for meals and large wardrobe

- A fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)

- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaner.

If you go up Rue Vieille du Temple, you'll discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges on Rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians, whether for lunch or just for a stroll, as the place is so authentic.

You can try the best falafels in Paris, on rue des Rosiers, such as the famous "As du Falafel".

Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is packed with fashion and accessories boutiques, making it one of the best areas for a shopping spree!

As for culture, the flat is just a short walk from the Place de la Bastille and the Opéra Bastille, as well as numerous museums (Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalé, etc.).
