The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Great location. Everything was amazing except the upstairs tv. It did not function properly. Cobb had someone out to repair within 30 minutes. It worked for a while but reverted back to the screen freezing within a few hours. Other than is perfect for a large group.

The home was incredible. There was plenty of room. The master suite was amazing. The walk to the beach is less than a minute. The stairs will get to you but there is plenty of space to relax on the deck and watch the waves.

House was stated to be 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom., which was not accurate. The house has 4 baths and a 1/2 bath for the 5th. House sleeps 18 when you count 8 people being in one bedroom. Tall ceilings in the main room that cause the sounds to echo throughout so not good for our group of 15. Previous houses rented had lots of beach toys for kids (buckets, shovels, etc). This house had none. The one plus for the house was the freight elevator for luggage and supplies. Outside furniture was comfortable.
