In the heart of the Thônes Valley, between Lake Annecy and the Aravis ski resorts, this tastefully decorated gîte is housed in an old renovated farmhouse with traditional local features. Access to outdoor spa at no extra charge.
66 m² duplex gîte for 5 people, in a fully renovated former farmhouse dating from 1780, which also includes 2 other gîtes, the 3 units being completely independent.
This gîte comprises:
On the ground floor, a 33.45 m² living room, with :
- a kitchen including a large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, raclette and fondue machines, a central island
a central island (including an induction hob, oven and extractor fan),
- a living room with sofa, coffee table, armchairs, TV and a wood-burning stove,
- a corridor with access to a separate WC and storage cupboard,
- a 9.20 m² terrace to the east and a 2nd 8 m² terrace to the north with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. View of the mountains
1st floor:
- 11.50 m² CH LACHAT with attic (160x200 bed),
- CH FENIL 14.20 m² with attic (180x190 bed separable into 2 90 beds, 1 90x190 bed),
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and WC.
Free WIFI internet access with fibre
Private parking: 2 spaces.
Direct and free access to the outdoor SPA for 6 people (jacuzzi), by reservation (open all year round, heated to 38° in winter). Reserved for adults and children over 12.
All charges included (water, electricity, electric heating and wood for the stove). Sheets and towels not provided. Can be hired.
Cleaning at the end of your stay. End-of-stay cleaning option available (€80).
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Cot, high chair and baby bouncer available on request.
Large unfenced plot of 1,500 m² planted with trees.

Me and my family spend a week in this beautiful chalet!It was charming,nice and cozy,with an amazing view, fireplace, jacuzzi, there's nothing to complain!The owners are really nice and friendly, easy to communicate and ready to help with anything!
The chalet is very close to shops and the beautiful town centre of Thones,and close to the slopes !
We will definitely come back again!

The apartment was perfectly equipped.
We were with our adult children , total 5 people , The living space was a bit smal. Whit little kids it wil be oké

We had the definite pleasure to stay at one of the three appartements of this house. The village "La Vacherie" is a bit outside of Thones in direction of the Ski area "Le Clusaz" (and only a 10 minutes drive away of it).
We found the location perfect, as it is still flat enough to go running, but close to supermarkets and the skiing area.
We had a very warm welcome at the location by Jaqueline & Marc who introduced us to their house and all interiors.
We really loved all the details of it and the high quality of the installations like the kitchen and the oven.
The week we had went by just too fast and therefore we had to return, but with very good memories on board.
Thanks to Jaqueline and Marc for being our hosts and hopefully see you again.
