Nice location. Beautiful views. The employees at the place were very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed that we had to pay 40 to park and get wristbands for the pool. I didn’t realize that when booking. Really enjoyed the free beach chairs. A little disappointed that they let people put their personal tents in front of all of the condo beach chairs. It obstructs the view of the ocean.I sent a message about the oven not working properly and got a response right away. Overall was happy with the vacation.

Great location. Amazing views. Parking is so easy to get to from this condo spot. Everything was smooth. Great memories made! Can have golf carts parked across the street garage! Huge plus for staying in a tower. Most ban them.

Very clean unit, we only used king bed and it was a little soft for my wife’s taste but outside that everything was great. Very convenient access to parking and the beach .living room and kitchen were good . Would recommend this unit

Met basic needs.Pros:Ideally located on 4th floor close to gym and office and close to walking bridge to parking lot.Nice large deck/balcony. This is not common so it was nice luxury.Nice and clean when we arrived. Not all cleaning companies do a great job. This one did.Cons:Extra/hidden fees:40 for parking/wrist bands The “free” chairs were not full reclining lounge chairs. Those have to be rented at 60/day.No drawer space in 2nd bedroom and no where to put suitcases. Had to leave clothes in suitcases on the floor and try to walk around/over them.None of the 3 tv’s worked. The gym is the smallest I’ve ever seen. About the size of a bedroom.Exterior Door and all furniture pretty used/beat up.Extra pillows but no pillow cases to use them.Overall, it met our basic needs.
