Pros: The apartment is very modern using white, dark brown and polished concrete as the decor. South facing, so sun all day long with fantastic sunsets over the mountains.
Small supermarket, not even 2 mins away and a great restaurant, The Flat Bottom Boat, just across the road.
The apartment is in the old town, but only 15 mins walk to the Strip.
Cons: The apartment is not very old, circa 2-3 years, however it needs a bit of love, for example;
It has a lift, but it does not work, so you enter through the patio doors, which in the morning are hard to open as the door rub on the tiles on the patio.
The hot tub was dirty when we arrived (body hair), to be fair they did have it cleaned the next day.
Bathroom sink was draining very slowly.
Also some other little things, which could be addressed very easily and the place would be marvellous.

Pros: Das Appartment ist wunderschön, jedoch funktionierte der Aufzug nicht und der Abfluss im Waschbecken war fast zu.
Alles in allem aber wunderschön und toll für zwei Personen.
