This was a great gathering place for us. We spent the day at cedar point, went to dinner and then walked to rye Beach for sunset. Wish we had more time to spend here. Already planning our trip next year!

We were a group of 9, and this house truly felt like “home” it was so cozy, clean and had everything you could ever need and more! We would definitely stay here again. It was so close and conveniently located to everything! Thanks again for being great hosts! :)

Cute home and bedrooms and baths were perfect for us. Nice outdoor table in backyard to enjoy the sunny spring day.

From the moment we walked into the house we could smell that it was not clean. It smelled of body odor and stinky socks. When you sat on the couch it smelled like someone who hadn’t bathed in awhile had slept there for weeks. The pillows on the king bed were gross. They hadn’t been changed in quite some time because they smelled horrible!! Nasty dirty hair smell and actually looked dirty. The carpet that ran up the stairs and into the bedrooms upstairs was filthy dirty and it smelled. Some of the white towels had stains on them and also smelled funny. Sheets on beds were all wrinkled like they sat in a washing machine for awhile before going in the dryer and that’s not something I expected to find in one of your properties. If you use white linens then you keep them white!!! Down in the living room there was tons of dust on top of the tv and cob webs that flowed across the ceiling in front of the window. Just not acceptable when you pay that much money for a vaca property. I have rented many properties over the years and I have high expectations of what they should look like and how clean they should be. We had to spray body mist perfume every where just to get away from the stinch of dirty body odor. The floors were filthy also like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks YUCK!! I’m extremely disappointed with this house and I would not return there. And I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even someone that I don’t like 😝
