Miles of sandy beaches, fantastic amenities, and fun for all ages – it is waiting for you at 20 Hilton Head Beach Club, a delightful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villa in the heart of Forest Beach, and only 2 blocks to the beach – an easy 5-minute walk (see route below). There are 4 beach chairs and a beach cart to make the walk comfortable for you.
South Forest Beach offers visitors a quiet place to enjoy their vacation while having close access to beachside barefoot cafes, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park – a favorite of kids and adults alike and just a 2-minute walk – plus shopping, dining and live entertainment options just a 10-minute stroll away at Coligny. Plus, the Famous Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim's are both just a short walk from the villa!!
Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 6, this guest-friendly villa has a primary en suite with king bed, guest en suite with 1 queen and a set of twin bunks, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a picnic basket to enjoy at the beach to a delectable meal enjoyed in your dining area or outside on the patio with views of the wooded area. The morning coffee will be a breeze with a single-pod and full pot coffee maker. Outside, you can throw some steaks or shrimp on the Weber gas grill and have a feast for all!
This Villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine!
The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.
The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Unit was clean, plenty of towels, pillows, lots of space for the two of us. Masterbed was comfy, a bit on the soft, but wasn't uncomfortable. Location is within 10 mins walking of the beach, Coligny plaza. 5 min drive to Publix/Walgreens and restaurants on Pope. Loved the patio, very spacious, private to relax and have a drink. Some cushions would be nice for the chairs :). There is a beach cart with chairs. Kitchen had all things needed to cook with. I would suggest the host replaces the current non stick pans and pots which were very worn and scratched which can be toxic since and can leech into your food. Stainless steel pots and pans and cookware would be better. Only other small complaint was there was no kettle for tea. Went to Walmart and bought a cheap one along with a cast iron pan for making our eggs. Last little thing, is the washer needs a new rubber door gasket or a full cleaning, it is stained and looked moldy, and was pretty smelly. We called and they sent a maid within 30 mins to scrub it, while it didnt fully remove the stain or smell completely, it helped get some of the dirt off. Didnt use the pool, looked fine, just didnt have time, looked a bit murky one day, guessing it was being treated that day. Overall, we would stay here again, the host was attentive, responsive, and appreciative of our staying and felt welcomed. They provided a nice beach bag to keep, cookies and drink cozies.

This was our second year staying at this property, and you can’t beat the location and comfort. We loved being able to walk to the nearby pirate playground at Celebration Park. The beach was also a short walk away, and the chairs and other gear that are available at the rental make it easy. The community pool is never packed, and we often had it to ourselves. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

We have 3 kids - 5, 9, 10. This condo was the perfect size for our crew and had everything we needed! The host provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry deteregent for the entire week - something most places ive stayed at do not!
The beach equipment was amazing. We used the chairs and cart daily to haul all the things while our kids rode their bikes to the beach each day.
Location is great...short walk to beach, short walk to park, bike ride access to just about everywhere we needed to go!
Highly recommend taking your kiddos on the pirate adventure! Favorite restaurants were Hudsons, The Sandbar, and The Bank (unique dining, a bit confusing...everyone cleaned their plates though!).
ONLY feedback for improvement i can give is that the master bed needs replaced and showers were a bit small - elbows met walls a few times!
Overall great stay and we have already recommended it to others!
