Overall the property and room was very clean. Our only two complaints were the thermostat and beach chairs with umbrellas. The thermostat was not allowed to be adjusted from 73 our whole week there due to them afraid of “breakers flipping” in the description I read that you had to adjust it back to 73 before checking out which would make you think it was adjustable but not true! Once you get there in the room, you’ll find out all the true rules/info on the refrigerator. I even tried adjusting it before reading that because our room was so stuffy, it would not adjust! You could only change the mode from cool to heat and the heat has to stay at a constant 69, if you go during the winter months! We had to go out and buy an additional fan just to keep cool at night! The beach chairs and umbrella, I read in the description that they were included. Once again not true! You have to pay an additional 50 A DAY to rent those! If we had only known that we could have brought our own. We will not rent from the Brent/Robinson company again! I did find out through talking with another lady in our building but on a different floor, that they could adjust their thermostat. That tells me another company was over her room. False advertising will ruin a company fast!
