The Space
Welcome to our 5th ave loft! Step into a space that feels like the mood of a late-night jazz lounge. The condo blends historic architecture with deep, sultry design, creating a setting that feels both intimate and elevated for your entire Music City vacation.

Towering cathedral-like ceilings reveal original exposed brick that stretch high above the space. The textured brickwork gives the room a striking architectural presence.

The living area is wrapped with deep navy walls that create a moody backdrop for the room's warm furnishings. A sofa bed is featured for additional sleeping space.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a claw foot tub and separate shower.

The secondary bedroom has a queen bed.

Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire unit during your stay. Please note that there are stairs to the loft. Guests will use a personal key code to enter the loft. This loft does NOT have an elevator and is NOT handling handicap accessible entrance.

We let our guests have their space but if needed, our team will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you.

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
Parking is not included however there is plenty of street parking nearby, as well as many parking garages to pick from!

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
→ Noise will travel - there is a unit below you and this property is located on a downtown street, so there is potential for city noise.
