Nestled just a short 30-minute drive from the vibrant Coachella Valley, our home offers a plethora of amenities to ensure an unforgettable stay. Step into our entertainment haven, featuring a fully-equipped game room with a pool table, ping-pong, foosball, and arcade games, providing endless hours of excitement for guests of all ages.

Other Things to Note:
***Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.***
We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please note that pool heating is available upon request for a fee.
Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet which will be paid via Airbnb resolution. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.
Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

Great stay at this place for a golf trip!

The property overall was good and our family still had a great time at the house. The pool and hot tub was the central entertainment for the kids and adults and the main reason we booked this house. Both pool and hot-tub were enjoyable, but the big irritant was that to get the hot-tub jets to work you had to contact the property manager every time. You also had to do this with the pool lights. The game room is pretty cool, but the one arcade that the kids were looking forward to was not working (X-Men). Cleanliness was a little bit of an issue as the bed sheets had multiple hairs still attached to them, which grossed out my parents and other family members. There are also visible evidence of areas that do not get cleaned regularly. The upkeep of the house itself could also use some work as there are multiple areas where there are chips and protruding trim that injured my sister and could have been far more dangerous for the young kids.
