The original historic Garrison House has been recently updated to a host a large family or a small group of friends. Featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen/dining area, two common living rooms and an outdoor patio you are sure to find everything you need to make you feel like you are home while you are away on vacation. Very conveniently located next to Mike's Clam Shack and directly on the Wells Trolley you will have no problem make your stay in Maine a memorable one.

The house was a perfect size for our family. Air conditioning was a blessing because the weather was very hot during the week. Beds were comfortable and everything was clearly communicated. Ryan was great!

The property was perfect.
Great location in the middle of Wells.
The fact that the house is near a restaurant was not a problem at all. You have privacy in the backyard.
It was very clean, plenty of spaces for everyone and well equiped.
Ryan was available and answered very fast.
I recommand that house without hesitation.
