I offer a beautiful studio condominium right on the Fayetteville Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

We loved staying at this loft! My daughter is an artist, so the theme was perfect for her. We were here for a week while she attended Design camp at the University of Arkansas and this was our home away from home for the week. We enjoyed this cozy, eclectic place so much! It is beautiful with the exposed brick and all the windows. The pictures don’t do it justice. We were sad to leave it. Elliott was so nice and responsive. Communication was excellent. It is in a great area right off the square, so close to everything. Having a parking spot in the parking garage just steps away was a bonus too. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!!! What a gem! This beautiful studio is a perfect little loft nest for your weekend getaway to Fayetteville. Don’t miss the Wrights barbecue. Don’t miss the Saturday market right out the door. Don’t miss breakfast at the buttered biscuit. My Lord, what a beautiful city, full of beautiful people and an amazing and gracious host like Elliot and this beautiful special couples hiideaway right in the middle of everything.Can’t wait to get back there.
