Located directly along the shoreline, the home features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and an upstairs deck with sweeping ocean views. This is a well-loved, comfortable beach house where the incredible location and easy beach access take center stage—ideal for relaxed, sun-soaked gatherings.
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests
- 5 bedrooms - 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Bunk Beds (Full & Twin)
- 3.5 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this home. There is free parking on the street, however a space can be hard to come by during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Upstairs deck w/ outdoor furniture & patio w/ outdoor furniture & BBQ - steps from the sand!
- For safety, the fireplace is not operable.

The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors.
This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- While there is no reserved parking space for this home, you can find free street parking nearby. Please note that during busier months, finding a spot can be a bit more challenging.
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
- Nearby construction is ongoing Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Daytime noise should be expected.

Had a great time at the property. A little pricey for only two days. You can’t check in till three and there was not much flexibility, even though the house had been already cleaned. We could have gotten in 1.5 hours sooner. I tried to schedule it in advance because I had my 90 six-year-old mother. No effort was really put in. That was the disappointing part.

we had an excellent time at this beach house I was celebrating my 66th birthday with friends all good some suggestions to improve would be a new BBQ grill is needed (salt air) the master bathroom ceiling needs repainting the refrigerator left door needs slat that slides in frig is broken. Nothing major we got to wake up to the ocean everyday and went to sleep listening to the waves

Great location. Fully stocked kitchen necessities. Toiletries a very nice touch. All in all very nice vacation home.

Great location.. on the beach. Property manager is very strict on check in/out time which is ok but I was given a non working access code and it took 2 phone calls to get a correct one as cell service is very poor.
House was clean enough several cobwebs nited in bedroooms. More disturbing was the upstairs bedroom lanais with ocean views did not have any furniture and the photos on the vrbo site show lovely furniture. Plus the windows were so filthy one could not see the ocean. The location made up for our inconveniences.. Tho when you are paying top dollar one does not expect to encounter the above....
