Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located elegant apartment. Stylish and spacious, this apartment has hotel grade beds, fine finishes, 2 large smart TV's, wifi, AC/Heating, Italian marble kitchen and bathroom, and beautiful furniture. This beautifully old-style Buenos Aires apartment is a 13 minute walk to the famous Teatro Colón, 3 blocks from the famous Avenida Corrientes which is full of some of the city's best known restaurants such as Pizzería Güerrín, just a 12 minute walk! You will also be 2 blocks from Avenida Córdoba, 11 minute walk to the famous Ateneo Grand Splendid. Not to mention across the street from the infamous Parilla Peña!

Smooth communication and shout out to the prop manager Juanita. I can only say great things about the unit especially the fact that many must see in Buenos Aires are walkable to and from. We walked to Guerrin late at night due to Tiramisu craving and we felt so safe.

The place was OK very basic as expected.
What you pay is what you get.
Was very safe and quiet.
To summarize it was a good value.
Don’t forget to bring extra toilet paper with you.
We got one roll for five people for three nights.

It’s a very convenient apartment for a short stay,Santiago and Andres are super accommodating and nice.
