Stay on one of the most highly rated golf courses in the nation! Relax on the peaceful screened in porch while watching wildlife that surrounds the pond on the 17th hole. Just minutes to beautiful beaches, fine dining, Brookgreen Gardens, fishing, Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, boating, and more! Our first floor location provides easy access to the condo. We are located only 40 minutes to Myrtle Beach.
The couch in the living room is a full sleeper sofa. The third bedroom could also be used as a separate area since it is stocked with a toaster oven, coffee maker, mini fridge, and bar with two stools. We also provide a SC park pass that allows access for one vehicle into Huntington Beach State Park. Huntington has Atalaya castle, lots of areas for wildlife sightings, trails, a playground, and of course the beach. Please make sure it is left at the condo.
We recently did some accessible renovations including adding a ramp to the front door, widening the door frame to the master bedroom, and built a roll in shower.

The condo on the 17th hole tee box was very nice and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4-6 golfers. Highly recommend

We recently stayed at One in a True Blue II for a trip and had a great experience! The amenities were just as described and in excelent condition. Jennifer, our host, demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and professionalism in promptly addressing an issue cause by an external cable company subcontractor working near the condo
