A beautiful set of bungalows built in 1903 overlooking Sandy Hook and Manhattan on a private beach. Boat mooring space available. Unit D (dune): Fully furnished (Historic feel), kitchen fully equipped. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen.

My girls (7 & 10) and I had a fantastic stay again. Everything was seamless - Rob is a great host. The kiddos are already asking me when we're coming again!

This cottage needs serious attention. No place to hang coats or towels. No room to prepare food. Microwave is on top of fridge. Ceilings are peeling. There are hooks at top of bathroom door but are over 7 feet from floor. We couldn’t reach. Parking was at a premium. Our last night we got the last spot in the public parking lot at the end of the street. The floor was unbelievably cold. Sleeps 5 but only four chairs to eat but really no place to slice, chop and dice. Coffee and toast is practical though. Coffee maker should be one that has automatic shut off for safety. Location is awesome. Our daughter lives a block away.
