Enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of Villa Giovanna. A splendid 130-meter house on two levels will welcome you and amaze you with all the comforts it contains. The splendid terrace designed to make the most of open spaces (from breakfast to dinner) is ready to welcome you. The beautiful Jacuzzi will rejuvenate you with its hot water jets. The whole building is air-conditioned to spend fresh summers and have fun. In the evening you can try the sauna and the nightly charm of the terrace.
As soon as you arrive at Villa Giovanna you will find a large fenced car park for your cars. From here on you will begin to enjoy your vacation.
Entering the house there is a large living room with two spacious, comfortable sofas and a large TV in front. All together a nice dining table for convivial dinners.
The functional kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a food processor and all the small appliances for those who love to cook. Adjacent to the living room there is a master bedroom with TV and its private bathroom (with bathtub). Going upstairs you will find a large loft with a sofa bed, next to the sauna and a small corner to prepare tasty snacks and aperitifs to share on the terrace.
Adjacent there is the second bedroom and the second bathroom complete with.
On the terrace there is a beautiful Jacuzzi with chromotherapy, deckchairs for sunbathing, a small lounge where you can relax while reading a good book. The spacious table will make you enjoy a good glass of wine while enjoying the view. The beautiful motorized tent will allow you to choose whether to sunbathe or cool off in the shade. In the evening his LED light system will create a magical atmosphere.

Really everything was beautiful.
We can recommend this house like it is.
There are no additional wishes that could be provided.
Every day we could walk to the beach. It is a few steps but we loved to walk a bit and have some movement.
Every evening we enjoyed the sun set on the balkony and see the moon rising over the sea. At the beach there are several nice places and the weather feels less hot than the thermometer shows. Go there, you would never regret.

We had a lovely holiday in a beautiful house. The location was great (from the terrace, looking to one side you see the sea and looking to the other side the mountains). The city itself was okay but nothing special (but there are many paid beaches so if you like that, it is great). There are nice villages in the area to visit (e.g. in Albenga, Finalborgo, Castelvecchia), caves, and in Imperia (about 45 minutes by car) you have a great beach at La Galeazza).
The contact person (Alessandro) is very friendly and helpful and was always willing to answer our questions and give suggestions for what to do (he told us about the beach). The person who shows the house (Indrid) is also very friendly, but he speaks very little English (as little as I speak Italian...), but luckily he has a translation app on his phone.
The holiday apartment is on the first and second floor of the house and is good. It has airco, a good kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and an attic with a double sofa bed. The terrace is great; it was out favorite place to eat, read a book, sit in the sun, play games with the family etc. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment where Indrid and his family live. They are very quiet, we almost did not notice them.
We had a great holiday here and were sad that we had to leave again...

Villa Giovanna is a high quality property bursting with character. It feels more like a home than a holiday rental and you can tell this property has been much loved by a family.
The jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace and the sauna are wonderful.
The only problem is that the house is so nice you will not want to leave!
We love this house and want come back early.
