As you enter the living area you'll find large communal seating for you and your family, satellite, and a large screen TV. For an aged property the facilities were good. Electrical outlets should be replaced and add additional outlets to avoid overloading circuits. Location of the property is excellent. Overall property is a good value but is showing age in plumbing and electrical.

The Bell beach house was perfect for us because one of our family members is elderly and has mobility issues. This property didn't have stairs, and was right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant few days on the island and visiting Apalachicola. Loved the rustic interior and old Florida feel!
